Our Scan to Kindle Conversion Process is as follows:

1. Email us the scanned file. If the file size is too large, we can download it from your website, or we can provide an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) address for you to upload the file to our servers.
2. After reviewing the file, we will inform you of the total conversion cost (for Microsoft Word or Kindle format) based on your needs. We will also provide details on the time required for conversion and any conversion restrictions based on your desired output format.
3. Once payment is received, we will perform Optical Character Recognition (OCR) on the scanned book.
4. The book will then be converted to Kindle format, followed by a quality check.
5. You will receive a secure login ID and password to preview the book on Kindle and review the file for any necessary changes.
6. If corrections are needed, you can send us a complete list of changes in one email. We will make the adjustments according to your requirements, keeping Kindle conversion standards in mind, until you are satisfied with the final output.
7. After your final review, we will send you the final file, which you can upload to your Kindle account.
8. Once you publish the file on Amazon.com, your ebook will be available for sale within 72 hours.
